You may return any product — opened or unopened — within 7 days of delivery.

We will never ask for a reason.
We understand that emergencies and circumstances can change, and we respect your decision without judgment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and verified, we’ll issue a full refund through your original payment method — whether GCash, bank transfer, or COD reversal.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Return Shipping

  • If the product was damaged, incorrect, or not delivered properly, we’ll cover all return shipping costs.

  • For other cases, customers may shoulder the courier fee — but we can help arrange a discreet pick-up for your convenience.

  • Our Cebu and Metro Manila branches can also handle returns directly for faster processing.
